Our Unique Adaptive Care Model
At Village Park, each resident’s care plan is custom-tailored to them, and it changes as their needs change. Our adaptive care approach not only brings families and therapists together with the care team, it also ensures that residents don’t have to move to another building just because they start needing care services. Instead, the services come to them.

Flourish Wellness
Flourish is a Village Park signature wellness program. Regardless of age or ability, we all have stories to share, lessons to learn, and wellness goals to achieve. Flourish has three levels — Enrich, Engage, and Enclave. Each level of Flourish adheres to a resident’s cognitive and physical abilities while providing rich social engagement.
Flourish Enrich
Designed for active adults, Flourish Enrich offers a curation of daily activities, volunteerism, resident experiences, neighborhood outings, and preventative wellness programs.
Flourish Engage
Flourish Engage is a daily enrichment program designed for residents with early stages of dementia, maintaining independence, cognition, and activity with small group therapies.
Flourish Enclave
Flourish Enclave meets the unique needs of residents living with dementia, providing a dignified, private Memory Care Neighborhood with skillful direction from Certified Dementia Practitioners.
Keeping Families Informed
At Village Park, we know that families want to be informed about the care their loved ones receive. We welcome family participation in developing care plans, and our integrated wellness platform helps to keep the families in the loop. The result is more transparent, collaborative care.
Partnering With Emory's Integrated Memory Care Clinic
We’ve partnered with Emory to bring world-class dementia care directly to residents experiencing the early stages of dementia. Emory’s Integrated Memory Care Clinic provides primary care services alongside weekly sessions with a dementia care assistant, so our residents can receive support without moving to our dedicated memory care neighborhood.
